Position Overview:

We’re hiring a Remodeling Carpenter with at least 2 years of proven, hands-on carpentry experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and confident working independently or as part of a small crew. Professionalism and pride in craftsmanship are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform skilled carpentry, including framing, finishing, and trim work

Install and repair doors and windows

Paint and complete drywall installation and repair

Safely handle demolition work as needed

Read and interpret blueprints or project plans

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of verifiable residential carpentry/remodeling experience

Proficiency in carpentry, painting, drywall, finishing carpentry, demolition, and door/window installation

Must provide 2 professional references who will be contacted

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions

Basic hand tools required

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude
