Remodeling Carpenter

We specialize in high-quality yet affordable home renovations—from decks, doors, and windows to full kitchen and bath remodels. We're growing and looking to add a dependable, highly skilled Remodeling Carpenter to our team.
Position Overview
We're hiring a Remodeling Carpenter with at least 2 years of proven, hands-on carpentry experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and confident working independently or as part of a small crew. Professionalism and pride in craftsmanship are a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform skilled carpentry, including framing, finishing, and trim work
- Install and repair doors and windows
- Paint and complete drywall installation and repair
- Safely handle demolition work as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints or project plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable residential carpentry/remodeling experience
- Proficiency in carpentry, painting, drywall, finishing carpentry, demolition, and door/window installation
- Must provide 2 professional references who will be contacted
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic hand tools required
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude
